All prices are inclusive of PSA Member discounts, shipping, and administrative fees. The customer is not responsible for paying administrative fees with this contract.

Customer Support

SOVRA will provide the following Support Desk services to internal users and suppliers:

  • Multiple user support channels to report issues and request assistance including email requests and phone requests.
  • Phone and email channels monitored during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time excluding SOVRA holidays) with most responses provided within two hours of customer or supplier request.
  • Requests after business hours addressed the following morning.
  • AI-driven Virtual Assistant designed to provide seamless support for both internal and supplier users on the solution. The Assistant supports users by answering common queries, guiding them through processes, and assisting with tasks such as navigating the platform, responding to solicitations, or managing supplier information.
  • In-solution user assistance videos and guides. Assistance available to support customer-specific configuration changes and special requests (e.g., system audit logs).
  • Requests logged and tracked utilizing Microsoft Dynamics
