PSA Contract 24-204-OSI Network Monitoring Services for NG911

    CONTRACT DETAILS

    Onshore IT is uniquely positioned to deliver comprehensive and proactive managed monitoring services for Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG911) networks. With extensive expertise in managing critical network infrastructure, Onshore IT offers robust solutions designed to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and ensure operational reliability and security across participating members' NG911 current production environments.

    Compliance

    Contract 24-204-OSI is compliant to 2 CFR Part 200.  An Independent Cost Estimate was performed prior to solicitation, and Cost Analyses are performed prior to every contract amendment.

    Orders

    PSA member entities (End Users) may place orders directly with OnShore IT. No need to send reports or Purchase Orders to PSA – OnShore IT is taking care of that for you. Each invoice you receive from OnShore IT will reference the contract number 24-204-OSI. 

    Pricing

    Pricing is comprised of discounted monthly recurring costs scaled to the number of nodes, redundancy, and contract period, in addition to the number of routers, switches, and firewalls. One-time initial costs are discounted and based on the number of servers, routers, switches and firewalls, and includes onboarding. All pricing is detailed in the file Current_Pricing.pdf below.

    All prices are inclusive of PSA Member discounts, shipping, and administrative fees. The customer is not responsible for paying cooperative administrative fees with this contract.

          ·     24/7/365 Monitoring and Incident Response: Real-time monitoring of NG911 networks, including all forms of wide area communications such as 4G/5G LTE wireless, microwave point-to-point links, and internet connections. Onshore IT prioritizes rapid incident detection and resolution to ensure consistent uptime.

          ·     Comprehensive Router and Switch Management: Change management, configuration, backups, and fault resolution for critical network devices to maintain stability and readiness.

          ·     Advanced Firewall Management and Incident Response: Expertise in NextGen firewalls (NGFWs) such as Fortinet, Cisco ASA, and Palo Alto, with a focus on intrusion detection, VPN configuration, secure communications and configuration backup.
