Public Safety Solutions (NPSS) provides comprehensive services, including
continuous network monitoring, rapid incident response, advanced network design
and upgrades, and dedicated customer support. Committed to the highest

Compliance
Contract 24-204-NPS is compliant to 2 CFR Part 200. An Independent Cost Estimate was performed prior to
solicitation, and Cost Analyses are performed prior to every contract
amendment.
Orders
PSA member entities (End Users) may place orders directly with
NPSS. No need to send reports or Purchase Orders to PSA –
NPSS is taking care of that for you. Each invoice you
receive from NPSS will reference the contract number
24-204-NPS.
Pricing
Pricing
is discounted 50% for monthly recurring
costs based on the number of routers, switches, and firewalls. One-time initial
costs are discounted 40% and based on labor hours for Engineering. All pricing is detailed in the file Current_Pricing.pdf
below.
All prices are inclusive of PSA Member discounts, shipping,
and administrative fees. The customer is not responsible for paying cooperative
administrative fees with this contract.

Value Added Services
NPSS provides a
number of value added services including, NPSS will advise customers on changes
in the industry in terms of new products and equipment such as Multifactor authentication and Layer 3 switches. NPSS provides monthly reports to its
customers so they have records of their ESInet/9-1-1 Networks performance, reliability,
and availability.

Founded in 2009, National Public Safety Solutions specializes
in designing, monitoring, and managing Regional Emergency Services IP Networks
(ESInet) for 9-1-1 entities. Our expert team of network and security engineers
ensures 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and compliance with Texas
CyberSecurity standards.
Led by cybersecurity expert Robert Walthall,
CISSP, we contribute to national ESInet and NG9-1-1 standards. He was one of
the original NENA Committee Chair and Working Group Leaders who developed the
national standards for NG9-1-1, including Emergency Services IP Network Design
and Cyber Security. He was the lead Technical Consultant for ATT Public Safety
for over 10 years, and is the owner and founder of National Public Safety
Solutions.
