The TK Sales contract 14-101 is fully EDGAR compliant, as of 4.18.2016.
All Products that are an “in-stock item” listed in the TK Sales Catalog will be 30% off Catalog List Price (excluding equipment, parts and repair, office supply). “F.O.B. to customer’s destination” the vendor pays freight charges to the destination. Responsibility and liability for loss and/or damage pass to End User at the delivery destination after receipt and acceptance have taken place. Freight costs may be incurred by the End User only for special orders and/or expedited requirements requested by End User. In this case, End Users will be charged the exact cost of the freight with no extra handling charges. The estimated delivery time after receipt of the order (ARO), inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, for all Products must be provided to the End User. Actual delivery for any particular order must be confirmed with End User at the time of order placement. The contractor shall advise End User prior to making any shipment and/or delivery, and shall make such shipment/delivery in accordance with End User’s requirements.
Allowed with 100% credit applied as End User requests, except in cases involving non-stock items whereby Manufacturer/Vendor may assess restocking fees and freight.
Two-year initial term effective 12.10.2014 through 12.09.2016. Extended through 12.09.2018. One optional one-year extension remaining.
