CONTRACT SUMMARY
Motorola has a long history of providing end-to-end Next Generation 9-1-1 call routing, ESInet services, and Call Handling solutions within this suite. Our VESTA solutions can be found daily, delivering the communications lifeline for the majority of 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) across our country.

This contract supports front room and back room call handling equipment, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing support.
Compliance
Contract 24-203 is compliant to 2 CFR Part 200 and EDGAR. An Independent Cost Estimate was performed prior to solicitation, and Cost Analyses are performed prior to every contract amendment.

Pricing
All pricing is detailed on the attached Pricing Sheet. Vendor will supply a quote for the project indicating this PSA contract. Prices cannot be higher than the contract pricing sheet.
Delivery
F.O.B. to customer’s destination, full freight allowed/prepaid for most orders, unless product is a special order item or out of stock merchandise that may have an additional freight charge if the End User decides to expedite the order.
